ORDERS AND SHIPMENT

All our products are shipped from our workshop/warehouse in India. We use the services of third-party delivery service provider, namely, Shiprocket, for shipping the orders placed by the users. We ship all over the world. The shipping rates may vary from one region to the other, and you may also be liable to pay taxes, customs and duties as per the applicable law.

ORDERS AND SHIPMENT

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an estimated date of delivery for the item at your destination address. However, the delivery time may vary depending on a number of factors, such as inclement weather, carrier transit times, destination addresses, COVID-19-related constraints, etc. 

All orders are contingent upon acceptance and availability. We regretfully cannot ensure that an item marked as “in stock” will ship immediately because inventory levels change regularly. Occasionally, a product may be in stock at the time a customer places an order but sold out by the time we try to process it.

Shipping Rate: Rs. 90 /- PAN INDIA

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We or our delivery partners accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

RTO / UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT

If you provide an incorrect address or false information when placing an order, we are not responsible for undelivered shipments or RTOs (Return to Origin). Only after the package is returned to us will the refund (less the shipping costs) be completed. Should there be a reship, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.

CHECKING THE ORDER STATUS

We will send you an email notification as soon as your order ships, along with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress. Kindly give us a maximum of 48 hours to obtain the tracking details. 

Send an email to mermaejewellery@gmail.com with your name and order number if you haven’t received your order by the time frame stated in your shipment confirmation email, and we will investigate.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Various import taxes and customs duties may apply to imported commodities based on their value, composition, and other legally relevant considerations. You will be liable for paying these sums in full, as applicable.

THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS

When you order any goods from us, the most convenient and hassle-free way for the products to be delivered to your doorstep is via Shiprocket, our third-party delivery service provider (henceforth referred to as our “Delivery Partner”). In order to complete your order, we also provide our delivery partner access to certain of your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for this reason. RISK OF LOSS

Since Delivery Partner ships the things you purchased through the Site, risk of loss and title for those items transfer to you when we send them to Delivery Partner. Additionally, this covers instances where shipments are lost or remain undelivered as a result of incorrect address, phone number, or information entered during the order process. We disclaim all liability for any lost or undelivered shipments.

RESERVATION OF RIGHT

We or our Delivery Partners reserve the right to change the shipment fee for any jurisdiction.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If there are any claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or in relation to the Products that you order or purchase from the Website, or this Policy, they will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise specified by the applicable statute, rules, or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside.
