This Cancellation & Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between Mermae, having its postal address at B-3, Maurya Enclave, Santnagar, Burari, Delhi-110084 (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Mermae” or “Us” or “Our” or “We”) and you (hereinafter referred to “You” or “Your” or “User” or “Users” or “Customers”) when you make any purchases or place orders on our site, i.e. www.mermae.co.in (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).

Please read this policy carefully because it is a binding contract between you and Mermae. If you do not agree to this Policy in its entirety, you may not purchase our products or place an order with us. In addition, you may purchase and use the Products available through the Site and return them in accordance with this Policy and all other applicable laws, regulations and laws that apply to you (otherwise, “Applicable law”). 

This policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can be made within 1 hour of the order and will be processed thereafter. A cancellation fee of 2% of the order amount will be charged and the balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Orders cannot be canceled after 1 hour after the order. To cancel your order, please contact us at mermaejewellery@gmail.com or Instagram @mermaejewellery with your order number. In such circumstances, your order will be canceled and your money refunded within 3-5 business days after your cancellation request has been successfully processed. If your package is delivered but rejected for any reason during delivery, an RTO fee of ₹90 will be deducted from the order price and the balance refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are of legal age and are of legal age in the jurisdiction in which you live to enter into a binding contract with us. If you are a minor under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, you must have your legal guardian’s permission to order or make purchases on the Website. 

Your account must not have been previously disabled for violating any law or policy.

Product Description: We strive to provide accurate and complete descriptions for all products listed on our website. However, we make no guarantees that they are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free. 

Quick View Type Feature: We may provide a Quick View Type feature for various products listed on our site. This feature allows you to get information about the price of a product and add it to the shopping cart without opening the product page. This feature is for your convenience. If you want more information about a specific product, visit its product page. 

PRICING DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for the products listed on the Site. However, we cannot be held responsible for payment errors. Mermae reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not toprocess or cancel orders for products whose prices have been incorrectly posted on the Site due to an error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. In addition, Mermae reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the retail price of this product. We may also revise the prices of the products from time to time at our discretion.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns: At Mermae, we believe in delivering quality. Therefore, you can only return the product and get a refund if your shipping address is India and you receive a wrong product from us for any reason. We can only work on certain products where there are cracks or breaks in the material and finish of the product. However, a video showing product damage must be provided. (An unpacking video is required to claim compensation for products missing from the order.) Refund requests for damaged products can only be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not arrange return shipping, but we will cover the shipping costs. If you select this period for 7 days, your order will be final purchase and no return requests will be accepted.

Exchange: For customers whose shipping address is India, damaged products/items can be exchanged at no extra cost, subject to product availability. However, the video evidence should be clear. Show product damage. Items such as necklaces, bracelets, cords and earrings are non-returnable/exchangeable products. Rings can be modified for size issues. But we recommend that you check the size before ordering. However, if you wish to exchange the ring for size reasons, the product may be charged at ₹100 if the delivery address is India. Exchange items will be picked up and shipped to the same address as the original shipping address. Replacement products will be sent within 2 working days (subject to availability) of the return. Returns can take up to 2 weeks.

The product you wish to return/exchange must be unused and returned in its original shipping condition, including packaging and tags. In addition, you must submit the original unboxing video as proof of unboxing showing product defects. Violation of this requirement may result in the rejection of your return/exchange request. 

Return Policy: For eligible returns, we are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. 

Return and Refund Request: In case of a return request due to a defective product, we will accept the return request ourselves after sending a confirmation video showing the damage of the requested product. If you receive a defective product, we will investigate the defective product and your claim within 7 days of receiving the product. You will be entitled to a refund if we are satisfied (at our sole discretion) that your claim is genuine. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within14 days after we accept your return. If we are unable to process a refund using your original payment method, we will contact you to discuss refund options. In no case can the items purchased in the last sale be returned. In addition, in the event of a refund, only the actual amount you paid us for the product at the time of payment will be refunded.

RTO/Lost/Non-Delivery: We are not responsible for non-delivery or RTO (Return to Origin) shipments due to incorrect address/incorrect information at the time of order. Payments will be processed after the shipment is returned to us (excluding shipping and RTO charges of ₹90). Because our shipping partners ship items purchased on the Site, the risk of loss and title to these items pass to you when we ship them to our shipping partners. This also applies in case of delivery failure/non-delivery due to incorrect address/contact number/information provided during ordering. We are under no circumstances responsible for undelivered/undelivered shipments. If reshipped, shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. 

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

We may, in our sole discretion, choose not to process or cancel your order in certain circumstances. For example, this may happen if the product you want to buy is out of stock, the price is incorrect, if we suspect your order is fraudulent or in other circumstances at our discretion. 

We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take steps necessary to verify your identity in order to process your order. 

We will not charge you or issue a refund for canceled or unfulfilled orders. 

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the following rights: (i) cancel the aforementioned offer; (ii) correct any errors, mistakes or omissions; (iii) change prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or other information without any obligation to notify you of such changes; 

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS

If you have any claims, disputes or disputes arising out of or in connection with the Products, you must not use the Website, if you place an order or make a purchase under this Policy. , will be subject to applicable law and the dispute resolution procedures set forth in the Terms of Use.
